Team Managers are asked to attend a pre-Festival briefing on Day 1 (Sunday) of the Festival. Transport to and from the briefing will be provided.
This Team Managers' Meeting will include briefings on the arrangements for Festival Week by the Festival Director, Ground Operator and other Festival directors. The Opening Ceremony and Parade, team registration, medical facilities, the draw, catering and merchandise will be among the topics covered.
We also recognise the work, time, responsibilities and commitment made by Team Managers in organisation of teams and travel arrangements to get them to one of these events. The importance of such people cannot be overstressed.
In Nadi, Team Managers will be invited to a special function so their efforts can be acknowledged by the Golden Oldies Secretariat, Air New Zealand Holidays and our Nadi hosts.
