The Festival week will follow the programme of past Festivals and all official functions will be themed around the local scenery and attractions. Your team can expect to enjoy a truly memorable week.
Festival Programme

| Day 1: 28 October | Meet & Greet at Fukuoka Airport, transfer to Festival accommodation. Team Managers briefing, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party. |
| Day 2: 29 October | First round of games with transfers to/from the grounds. |
| Day 3: 30 October | Golden Oldies Rugby Festival Picnic Day. |
| Day 4: 31 October | Second round of games with transfers to/from the grounds. |
| Day 5: 01 November | Day at leisure with optional sight seeing tours. |
| Day 6: 02 November | Third and final round of games with transfers to/from the grounds. |
| Day 7: 03 November | Grande Finale Dinner and Air New Zealand Awards Ceremony. |
| Departure day transfers to airport or continue with optional tours and sightseeing. |
