Festival arrangements are not left to chance. A tried and tested partnership of national and local government, Japan Travel Bureau (JTB), clubs and sporting ambassadors form a Local Organising Committee to work in partnership with the Golden Oldies Rugby Secretariat.
The following agencies will be actively involved and provide the necessary skills, expertise, contacts and commitment:

The visitors' accommodation packages also include:
- Three days of Rugby
- Participation in the Opening Ceremony and Parade of Nations
- Seven night's accommodation. Your team chooses the level and category of accommodation it wants
