The Festival week will follow the programme of past Festivals and all official functions will be themed around the local scenery and attractions. Your team can expect to enjoy a truly memorable week.

| Day 2: 26 November | First round of games with transfers to and from the grounds |
| Day 3: 27 November | Golden Oldies Cricket Festival Picnic Day |
| Day 4: 28 November | Second day of games with transfers to and from the grounds |
| Day 5: 29 November | Day of leisure with optional sight seeing |
| Day 6: 30 November | Third and final day of games with transfers to and from the grounds |
| Day 7: 01 December | Grande Finale Dinner and Air New Zealand Awards |
| Day 8: 02 December | Departure day with transfers to the airport ,or stay on to enjoy Adelaide and South Australia |
