Festival arrangements are not left to chance. A tried and tested partnership of national and local government, Hawaii Tourism Authority, clubs and sporting ambassadors form a Local Organising Committee to work in partnership with the Golden Oldies Hockey Secretariat.
The following agencies will be actively involved and provide the necessary skills, expertise, contacts and commitment:

The visitors' accommodation packages also include:
