Festival arrangements are not left to chance. A partnership including the San Diego Sports Commission, San Diego United Netball Club and Netball America form a Local Organising Committee to work in partnership with the Golden Oldies Netball Secretariat.
The following agencies will be actively involved and provide the necessary skills, expertise, contacts and commitment:

The visitors' accommodation packages also include:
- Three days of Netball
- Participation in the Opening Ceremony and Parade of Nations
- Seven night's accommodation. Your team chooses the level and category of accommodation it wants

- One team transfer to/from your hotel on your San Diego arrival and departure
