Transfers, accommodation, social functions, hospitality and the Netball are all planned and co-ordinated for you and your team.
The visitors' Festival package will include
- Three days of Netball.
- Seven night's accommodation. Your team chooses the level and category of accommodation it wants. Extra nights, pre or post the Festival can be reserved on request.
- Welcome on arrival.
- One team transfer to/from your accommodation upon your Queenstown arrival and departure.
- Air-conditioned coach transfers between your hotel and the Netball grounds on each games day.
- Air-conditioned coach transfers to and from the social functions.
- Three traditional social functions including meals and drinks as listed:
- Welcome Party - three hour function including substantial finger buffet, beer, wine, soft drinks and entertainment.
- The Golden Oldies Netball Festival Picnic Day - lunch, beer, wine, soft drinks and entertainment.
- Grande Finale Dinner and Air New Zealand Awards Ceremony - five hour function inclusive of three course meal, beer, wine, soft drinks and special entertainment.
- Hospitality and information desks at selected hotels.
- Parade of teams and Opening Ceremonies.
- Festival souvenir.
- Festival "Survival Guide".
- Team Managers Planning Guide.
- Four editions of 'In the Hoop' - the Festival newspaper.
- Personality of the Day medallions (one each day per team).
- Festival ID badges.
- Security.
- Liaison officers to assist Team Managers.
- Team Managers briefing meeting.
- New Zealand Government taxes.

Local Packages
A special package will be available for teams whose members live within 100km of Queenstown. It will include Festival participation, tickets to the Welcome Party and Grande Finale Dinner and Air New Zealand Awards Ceremony and a Festival souvenir, but will not include accommodation or transport.
The members of those teams who qualify because of their residency are required to purchase a local package if they wish to play in Festival games. As a condition of entry, teams will be asked to supply participant residential addresses.
