Age Minimum
All players must be 35 or over when playing.

Match Duration
Games consist of 2 x 20 minute halves with a 5 minute break for half time.

Number of Games
A minimum of two games will be played per match day.

Conditions of Play
All games will be started and finished with a central timekeeper.  Each half is started with a bully.
Six defenders will be allowed behind the line on corners with the remainder of the defending team beyond the 25 yard line.
Push-ins will replace hits from the sidelines with no player to be within 5 yards of the hitter.

Results
Results will not be recorded.

Identification Colours
For those participants who wish to avoid aggressive play or prefer not to be tackled, brightly coloured tape will be supplied by the Committee to wrap around the Hockey stick for identification purposes.
Captains will be responsible for the behaviour of their players.
Players may be replaced at any time.
