Festival arrangements are not left to chance. A partnership including the Government of South Australia, South Australia Tourism Commission and South Australian Cricket Association form a Local Organising Committee to work in partnership with the Golden Oldies Rugby Secretariat.
The following agencies will be actively involved and provide the necessary skills, expertise, contacts and commitment:

The visitors' accommodation packages also include:
